I’m not sure of my nail size what should I do?

What nail glue do you recommend?

A professional nail glue such as IBD (5 Second Nail Glue) or KISS (30 Seconds Nail Glue). Orders with a purchase of $50 and up will receive free nail glue .

 PREP KITS

One Prep Kit is given per order. Please request /purchase more prep kits if needed .

How long will the nails stay on?

The duration depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. Approximately 1 to 2 weeks (2 weeks is recommended).

  

Are the nails reusable?

Yes, the use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable instantly, and for those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.

 

Can you replace a lost nail? 

Yes, you can order your replacement nails.

Custom Orders  

Once an agreement has been reached there are no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds . If the buyer chooses to add to their set , additional payment is REQUIRED .Nails By Showoff is not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. 

 

What if the nails I purchased don't fit?

Due to the nature of the products Nails By Showoff is not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. Customers need to refer to the ‘Size Chart” for reference .Disclaimer : Tips may increase or decrease caused by the manufacturer.

If you’re unsure about your size I suggest purchasing extra nails. If a nail does not fit I suggest purchasing Replacement Nails”. Full bling sets may cause the nails to get tighter. Please size up to prevent a sizing issue, if your size fits perfectly with the sizing kit.

Are these Acrylic nails?

No, depending on your chosen option all nails have either Builder Gel, layers of Top Coat or both for durability.

Do you offer custom designs?

 Yes! If you have a concept in mind please contact via email to discuss your design at: nailsbyshowoff@gmail.com  with “CUSTOM SET” in the subject line. 

Be advised that not every idea or design can be created or duplicated, so your original concept may be declined or altered. 

Can I make changes to a design?

Yes, sets are made to order and may be customized to your liking unless stated otherwise. If you prefer a different color, matte or glossy finish, shorter length or simple design changes simply make a note in the special requests. For bigger changes that include adding on more please submit a " Custom order" request.

 

How many nails come in each set?

How long will it take to ship my order?

This item ships First Class 3-5 days. Due to Covid-19 you may experience some shipping delays from USPS . The process time is 1-3 days. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS ITEM THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Creation time

Due to a high volume of orders the turnaround on Creation Time can range from 3 days to 2+weeks. THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. There is no guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer. This is due to the amount of nail sets purchased in each order. Bigger orders take longer to complete which causes some delays. Also keep in mind, that all sets are made to order and worked on by one person, in the order they were received. If you select a ‘Ready To Ship” set your order will be shipped sooner.

Please not that there is a none refundable $20 Rush fee on all orders needed by a certain time frame. There’s also a non refundable $20 Jump Fee to ship orders prior to your original place in line.

DECALS  

Decals are ready to ship. Processing time 1-3 days. Decals can be used for Press On Nails, Acrylic and Natural Nails. Decal instructions are located in the drop tabs under MEDIUM/LONG DECALS and XL DECALS.

My package was sent back to you, can you resend it?

Yes of course. Simply contact Nails By Showoff to make sure we have received it then pay the “Re-Shipping Fee” so we can send it back out.

 

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS ,but I didn’t receive it.  (Also read below for lost or missing packages)

Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Nails By Showoff hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery.  Nails By Showoff assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and its missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at

ONE YOUR PACKAGE IS 15 DAYS LATE YOU MUST FILE YOUR REPORT. USPS HAS A TIMEFRAME ON LOST CLAIMS. IF NOTIFIED TOO LATE A CLAIM CANNOT BE FILE.

Due to the nature of my handmade products I do not accept returns or make any exchanges * Exception If products arrive defective or damaged due to the seller a REPLACEMENT SET WILL BE ISSUED.  If so, email nailsbyshowoff@gmal.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product for review.
