Custom Orders (PLEASE READ 1ST)

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE SHIPPING INSURANCE 
If you have a concept in mind please contact Nails By Showoff via email to discuss your design at: nailsbyshowoff@gmail.com with “CUSTOM SET” in the subject line or use the website chat feature.

PLEASE USE PROPER EMAIL DIALOGUE AT ALL TIMES. FAILURE TO COMPLY AND YOUR ORDER WILL NOT GET  APPROVED.
If your Custom Set REQUIRES any images:
•Send at least 3 pictures.
•NO IMAGES WITH FILTERS (CLEAR IMAGES ONLY), OR WORDING.
 

Please keep in mind the ORIGINAL photo will be shrunk significantly to fit on your nails, so images with multiple small details may not get approved. 
Once your image(s) have been APPROVED no other images will be accepted, so make sure you’re happy with your choices.

Custom Sets:
Due to a high order volume ALL sets are FINALE once an agreement has been reached. There are no cancellations,Refunds or payment transfers on other sets. Also, not every Custom Set can or will get approved. Please be patient with your order custom sets may take longer during Creation Time and/or shipping. If you have any concerns please send a follow up email.
