Refund policy

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the nature of my handmade products I do not accept returns or make any exchanges . Exception: If products arrive defective or damaged due to the seller a REPLACEMENT SET WILL BE ISSUED. If so, email nailsbyshowoff@gmail.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product for review.

Nails By Showoff will not be held responsible if the wrong address or zip code is inputted into the system.If possible, Nails By Showoff will make multiple attempts to correct the error or return the package, but is not liable for any address or zip code errors resulting in a loss of package or returns. Nails By Showoff will not be held liable and no refund will be issued.
